Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days. Each package is sent First Class through USPS in a bubble mailer.

A tracking number will be provided to you once the item ships.

Shipping within the US is usually 3-5 days. 

Shipping internationally can take anywhere from 7-21 days.

If outside of the US, please check with your postal service about any possible additional customs fees and/or import taxes. The buyer is responsible for these additional charges. No refunds will be given based on unforeseen customs fees/taxes. Not all world destinations are available for tracking services.

Please understand that I have no control over the postal service. Once your package is picked up by the postal carrier, the time it takes to reach you is out of my hands. I will prepare and ship orders promptly, however I can not guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you have questions regarding tracking or date of delivery, please reach out to your local post office.

Shipping Issues
•I am not responsible for any lost orders in the mail due to insufficient address and will not issue refunds
•If an order is “returned to sender” due to insufficient address, the customer must pay the cost of shipping to have it sent back out

 
Refunds/Cancellations
•Refunds will only be sent out if you receive the wrong item. I must be sent a picture of the wrong item within 48 hours of receiving the package via email at NLibanag13@gmail.com
•I am not responsible for mistakes made/damages done by the customer or postal service and will not issue a refund in either of those situations
•Refunds will not be issued if the package is lost in the mail (remember to put your correct address)
•Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed

Your new wire wrapped creation requires special care. Gemstones vary in hardness and can chip or crack in unusual circumstances, so be sure to protect them from roughness or impact.

Many of the items in my shop are oxidized to create an antiqued appearance and to highlight intricate weaving patterns. It is also natural for the metals to oxidize (darken) over time. Most pieces that have been left bright can be antiqued upon request.

Avoid swimming, bathing or excessive sweating while wearing your jewelry. Store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight.

Yours jewelry can be gently polished from time to time with a jewelry polishing cloth. If the patina has darkened significantly, you may scrub the piece gently with very fine steel wool.
