Refund policy

  • Refunds/Cancellations
    • Refunds will only be sent out if you receive the wrong item. I must be sent a picture of the wrong item within 48 hours of receiving the package via email at NLibanag13@gmail.com
    • I am not responsible for mistakes made/damages done by the customer or postal service and will not issue a refund in either of those situations
    • refunds will not be issued if the package is lost in the mail (remember to put your correct address)
    • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed
